Decent size and beautifully designed unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. Excellant bathroom, extremely comfy bed, comfortable bedroom.

Its location is best possible, just next door to railway station, restaurants, shops and many interesting buildings and the centre of town movies, excellent area.

The location was incredible and amazing, close enough to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Octagon and Meridian Mall, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Didn't like when it was unusually hot outside, went to Trojan Turkish Takeaways to relax and grab some food.

the location was great, for example, a gothic-style church was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. our room was quiet and absolutely spotless, with an ironing set, a dvd player, and a lounge. the staff was very welcoming and pleasant on arrival and throughout the stay.

The room was well-appointed, the bathroom was large. The bed was comfy, the amenities included a lounge and netflix. The location was excellent and fantastic for me, very close to everything in central Dunedin. The service was good with a friendly check-in.

Every time in Dunedin we stay in this hotel. This venue is comfortable, amazing location, pleasant staff. The bus station is 15 minutes' walk. Spotless and new-fashioned rooms with a fantastic view are accompanied by EXCELLENT service. There is a lot of supplies like : an iron, a DVD player and a lounge.

Overall had WONDERFUL stay for 6 nights. Its location was magnificent, near tourist attractions, such as Speights Brewery, the centre of town movies, and the better restaurants. Easily reached Etrusco at the Savoy, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect for exploring the city. It's within easy walking distance of the city centre, making it convenient to access all the main attractions and nightlife. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with attention to detail evident throughout. The comfortable bed and fantastic view were definite highlights. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered great value for money.

Impeccably clean, private room, wonderful views, comfy beds, helpful hosts, good location.

The fact that the motel on York is one of the only motels in Dunedin that takes the 'host accomodation' booklets is such a great plus for us in the fact that it allows for us to stay in such a nice hotel so close to the city. This has been our second stay now and we have enjoyed every bit about it. The hotel is walking distance to pretty much everything and is very modern and the rooms are very cosy. The owners were very nice in allowing us to book into our room early and to also leave our bags at reception for a few hours after we had to vacate. This saved us a very big hassle of having to cart our bags around Dunedin.Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable!
